Einleitung und Fragestellung: Eine der gefürchtetsten Komplikationen des vaginalen Geburtsversuches bei vorangegangener Sectio („Trial of labor after cesarean“ (TOLAC)) stellt die Uterusruptur dar, welche in eine gedeckte und offene Form eingeteilt werden kann, letztere mit einer deutlich höheren maternalen und fetalen Morbidität. Bislang ist unklar, welche Faktoren die Ruptur-Form beeinflussen.
