Y Two new bisabolane derivatives, trichobisabolins M (1) and N (2), one new steroid derivative, 4-(p-hydroxyphenethoxy)demethylincisterol A(3) (3), and one new lauric acid derivative, methyl 3,5-dihydroxydodecanoate (4), as well as (3R,5R)-3-hydroxy-5-dodecanolide (5) were isolated from the marine-alga-endophytic Trichoderma atroviride RR-dl-3 9. Their structures and relative configurations were assigned mainly by NMR and mass spectroscopic techniques, and their absolute configurations were confirmed on the basis of specific optical rotation, ECD, and X-ray crystallographic data.
