The effect of feeding wet crimped corn, conserved with two methods of conservation on the milk yield in dairy cows

Kísérletünk célja a nagymennyiségben etetett, két különböző eljárással tartósított (Biocrimp vs. Kemisil) nedvesen roppantott kukorica hatásának vizsgálata volt tejhasznú tehenek tejtermelésére. A kísérlet során 3 hónapon (2x45 nap) keresztül etettünk kétféle módon tartósított nedvesen roppantott kukoricát 300 tehénnel. Két egyenlő csoportot alakítottunk ki, melyek felváltva kaptak 6-6 hétig Lactobacillus buchnerivel (Biocrimp) és Crimpstore 2000S (Kemisil)-el tartósított kukoricát cross over elrendezésben. Esetünkben nem, a minden szempontból kritikus ellés körüli időszakot vizsgáltuk, hanem az ezt követő nagy tejtermeléssel jellemezhető periódust. A tehenek nagy része 3-8 héttel az ellés után lett kísérletünkbe vonva. Vizsgálatunk ideje alatt az állatok elérték laktációs termelésük csúcsát. Az intenzív tejtermelés megnövekedett táplálóanyag igényét alapvetően a takarmányozás szolgálja ki. Vizsgálatunk során többször vettünk mintát a komplett, teljes takarmánykeverékből (TMR), amelynek a számított tápláló- és hatóanyag tartalma mindvégig az adott termelési színvonalhoz igazodott. A kísérlet folyamán nyomon követtük az energiaháztartást, fehérjeforgalmat és ezeken keresztül a tejtermelést. A két csoportból kiválogatott, 15-15 egyedet tartalmazó csoportmagok reprezentatív vérvizsgálati eredményei szolgáltak erre irányuló adatokkal. Mindkét kukorica etetése mellett nőtt a glükóz-, ugyanakkor csökkent a szabad zsírsavak (FFA, NEFA) koncentrációja. Kemisilt etetve viszont stabilabb és egyenletesebb volt e paraméterek változása. A béta-hidroxi-butirát(BHB)-koncentráció szignifikánsan alacsonyabb volt Kemisillel. A májspecifikus aszpartát-aminotranszferáz (AST) enzim vérplazmabeli aktivitásának változása csak alátámasztotta azt a feltevésünket, miszerint Kemisil mellett az állatok energiaforgalma stabilabb lett. A tejtermelés és az energiaforgalom között szoros korreláció állt fenn. Ennek értelmében Kemisilt etetve egyenletesebben, nagyobb mértékben nőttek illetve – a laktáció előrehaladtával - kisebb mértékben csökkentek a napi tejhozamok. A karbamid-koncentrációk jelentős mértékben megnőttek a kísérlet ideje alatt. Mindkét kukorica esetében jóval az élettani határérték felett mozogtak, ez kapcsolatban lehetett a magas AST aktivitási értékekkel. Egyéb értékelhető eredményt nem hozott a fehérjeforgalom vizsgálata. Az eredmények alapján az a következtetés vonható le, hogy a Kemisillel kezelt roppantott kukorica etetése kedvezőbb hatással bírt az energiaforgalomra és a tejtermelés színvonalára a Biocrimppel kezelt kukorica hatásához képest vizsgálva.The aim of our experiment was to test the effect of feeding a large dose of wet crimped corn, conserved with two methods of conservation (Biocrimp vs. Kemisil) on the milk yield of dairy cows. We fed the wet crimped corn conserved with the different conservation methods to 300 cows on a three month long time divided into two times forty-five days. We made two equal groups, which were fed corn conserved with Lactobacillus buchneri (Biocrimp) and Crimpstore 2000S (Kemisil) for 6-6 weeks alternatively in a cross over pattern. We examined the time period after calving, which can be characterized by a large milk-yeald, instead of the critical period around calving. The cows were involved in the experiment 3-8 weeks after calving. During the course of our examination the animals reached the peak of their milk-yeald. The increased amount of nutritients required by intensive milk-yeald is basically served by nutrition. During our examination we took several samples of the total mixed ration (TMR), the nutritient and active substance concentration of which constantly related to the production level. We followed the energy balance, the protein balance, and through these, the milk-yeald. We collected this data from representative blood samples from the group cores containing 15-15 individuals selected from the two groups. With the feeding of both kinds of corn, the level of glucose was increased, however the concentration of free fatty acids decreased. With the feeding of Kemisil, the change of these parameters were more stable and constant. The concentration of beta-hydroxy-butyrate (BHB) was significantly lower with Kemisil. The change in the activity of the liver-specific enzyme, aspartate-aminotransferase (AST) supported our thesis, suggesting that the use of Kemisil results in a more stable energy balance. There is a strong correlation between milk-yeald and energy balance. According to this, with the feeding of Kemisil, the daily milk-yealds increased in greater amounts, and decreased in lesser amounts. Karbamide concentrations were greatly increased during the course of the experiment. They were greatly above the physiological level in both corn types, which can be connected to the high AST activity values. The examination of protein balance showed no other results. According to our results, we can deduce the conclusion, that, compared to Biocrimp treatment, wet crimped corn treated with Kemisil provides a more beneficial effect on the energy levels, and the quality of milk-yeald
