Context. Access to care for the population is a key issue in current health policies. This problem is mainly related to the unequal distribution of health professionals on the territory which would not allow in certain places to meet the demand for care. Telemedicine has been regulated by law since 2009 and reimbursed by the health insurance system since 2018. It has also been widely deployed in relation to its possible role in improving access to care in the most isolated areas. Aim.
