Cardiovascular disease (CVD) are the leading cause of death worldwide. The SPICES project evaluated the implementation of community-led behavior change programs for the prevention of CVD, compared to a brief intervention alone. This thesis work was an interim evaluation of clustern°5 at the twelth month of the study in the COB country. Method : quantitative cross-sectional descriptive randomized controlled study without blinding. Participants in cluster 5 and had a moderate cardiovascular risk according to the INTERHEART score.
