International audienceThe Bologna Process raised awareness of higher education about the skills-based approach. The assessment and recognition of both disciplinary knowledge and skills as well as so-called "transversal" skills have become real challenges for higher education institutions. Faced with the complexity of assessing skills, especially transversal skills, higher education tries to identify new solutions.
