Ageing is associated with cognitive, motor and dual-task abilities decline. These losses can lead to an increased risk of falls, a loss of autonomy, and even a deterioration of the quality of life. In this context, we know that dual task trainings are relevant and efficient. The use of games as support can enhance the motivation of participants. The objective of our work was to conceptualize, design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness in seniors of a personalized exergame based on the concept of cognitive-motor interference.
