The MACIV project studies information flows and citizen initiatives on social media during a major event in order to help crisis management actors integrate them into their practices. It also aims to develop a module dedicated to volunteer management within the R-IOSuite platform developed by ITM Mines-Albi.The MACIV project is an experimental research project led by I3-Telecom Paris (UMR 9217), Institut Polytechnique de Paris.
