International audienceThe intercellular interactions between peripheral circadian clocks, located in tissues and organs other than the suprachiasmatic nuclei of the hypothalamus, are still very poorly understood. We propose a theoretical and computational study of the coupling between two or more clocks, using a calibrated, reduced model of the circadian clock to describe some synchronization properties between peripheral cellular clocks.
