The dissertation is a part of European Union’s H2020 research and innovation Bots2ReC project(Robots to Re-Construction: https://www.bots2rec.eu/) aiming to bring automation in the application of asbestos removal from inhabitations and providing an innovative robotic solution. Specific mobile manipulators for cleaning three-meter-high ceilings and passing through narrow doors of eighty centimeter had to be designed. The resulting design is a top-heavy mobile manipulator that is prone to instability even at postural level as well as during the dynamic operation.
