The Global Administrative Law appeared in the United States in the mid-2000s. This research project aimed to observing and promoting the development of administrative standards beyond the state: transparency of international decision-making processes, information and environmental protection, consultations on Internet management, etc. GAL’s doctrine is based on the premise that classical international law il outdated for the analysis of these phenomena.
