Development of mutual cooperation skills of 4-5 year old children in a pre-school educational institution

Kristīne Ziemane „4-5 gadus vecu bērnu savstarpējas sadarbības prasmju veidošana pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē.” Šī kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kuras pedagoga rosinātas darbības un rotaļnodarbības sekmē 4 - 5 gadus vecu bērnu komunikāciju un savstapējas sadarbības prasmes. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir teorētiskā, kā arī empīriskā daļa. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek sniegts 4- 5 gadus vecu bērnu sadarbības specifisks raksturojums, sadarbības prasmju sekmēšanas procesa pedagoģijā izklāsts un apskatīti bērna personības tipu veidi M. Velsa teorijā. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiek aprakstīts izstrādātais pētījums, kurš vērsts uz sadarbības parasmju sekmēšanu. Raksturota 10 bērnu novērošana grupas vidē , izvērtējot to personības tipu un spēju sadarboties. Veikts pētījuma metodoloģijas apraksts, kā arī pētījuma gaitas apraksts un iegūto rezultātu analīze. Darba rezultātā tiek atklāts, ka pedagogam veidojot rotaļnodarbības, kurās tiek veicināta prasme sadarboties, tā attīstās ātrāk un bērniem veidojas stabila, pozitīva attieksme pret vienaudžiem. Rodas progress bērna spējā iekļauties grupas vidē. Tāpat tika veicināta bērna spēja saprast citu emocijas un izpaust savējās. Kvalifikācijas darba struktūra; ievads, divas nodaļas, viena tabula, izmantoti 35 literatūras avoti. Kvalifikācijas darba kopējais ajoms ir 43 lappuses. The Qualification Paper is made up of a theoretical and an empirical section. The theoretical section presents a specific characterisation of cooperation in 4-5 year olds, a pedagogical description of the process of encouraging cooperation skills, as well as a review of children’s personality types as described in M. Wells’ theory. The empirical section reports on a completed research project that was focused on encouragement of cooperation skills. Observation of 10 children in a group environment is described, assessing their personality type and ability to cooperate. The research methodology is described, as well as the research process and an analysis of the results obtained. The results of the research show that when play activities that encourage cooperation skills are created by a teacher, these skills develop more quickly and the children develop a stable, positive attitude to their peers. The child’s ability to integrate in the group environment improves. In addition, the child’s ability to understand the emotions of others is improved, as is their ability to express their own emotions.
