Add to ORKGEl objetivo del presente artículo consiste en analizar el régimen internacional legal atinente a la actividad de exploración y explotación de hidrocarburos en el mar que llevan adelante las plataformas marinas. Se estudian las distintas convenciones aplicables a las plataformas debido a que no se cuenta con un cuerpo uniforme sobre la temática, tanto desde el Derecho del Mar, el Derecho Marítimo como el Derecho Ambiental.
