This research aimed to investigate the building processes of young foreigners’ professional and working skills. They are qualified in Italy in three-year Vocational training courses. In particular, I examined young foreigners’ individual practices of life paths adaptation and improvement and I reconstructed the intentionality and the meaning of the actions performed, in their job placement process, by young foreigners and actors' network (vocational training centers and companies), who contribute to construct social inclusion and professional paths by providing possibilities and constraints.
