This thesis investigates the interpretation of ‘general conditions of contract’ within the context of the ‘massification’ of legally structured business relations. In particular, this discussion adopts the typical interpretation method, which is well-fitted for, and agreeable to the particularities of the relevant contractual mechanism. This mechanism integrates a general proposal aimed to potentially interested parties, rather than particular subjects, and as such should be objective and continuing.
