By this study, the results of our treated hepatic trauma patients are conformed to international applicative standards. Particular technologycal aspects than interventistic radiological procedures, surgeon techniques, emergency laparoscopic approach as hepidemiologic or ethyopatogenetic aspects, "golden hour" treatment and other clinical aspects are determinant for successful management of hepatic trauma.
