In the last decade, some progresses have been reached in the cancer treatment, mainly through the approval of novel key drugs based on the targeted therapy. In this respect, tyrosine kinases constitute one of the most relevant class of targets. Tyrosine kinases are key enzymes involved in the intracellular signal transduction and their up-regulation is often associated with cancer onset and progression.
