Introduction: The diagnosis of Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy (AC) is challenging and often late after disease onset. It relies on a scoring system of major and minor criteria, requiring several clinical, instrumental and genetic tests. Diagnosis confirmation is often obtained by invasive procedures like endomyocardial biopsy and electroanatomical mapping. At present time, no circulating biomarkers are available for the diagnosis of AC.
