Un acercamiento a la historia del aprendizaje basado en problemas en el contexto global

Studying the problem as a stimulus of the teaching-learning process allows to compile and organize a historical framework supported by investigations of documents published by professors in research centers of different geopolitical contexts at a global level that consolidate the PBL, as a didactic method that uses the problem as a center for the construction of useful and meaningful knowledge where Students are the main protagonists because they develop their intelligence and critical thinking skills. This is a bibliometric study that used variables such as authors, institutions that in time and space saw in the PBL their emancipation and evolution from active teaching different from traditional passive learning techniques in university classrooms. Its antecedents were organized chronologically from its origins from the middle of the 20th century and its emancipation in the 21st century developing a dynamic, efficient and effective higher degree thinking. The results confirmed that its implementation provokes, motivates and challenges students to satisfy their cognitive needs by studying everyday problems in a globalized world, complex and rich in new knowledge to learn, based on changing realities.Estudiar el problema como estímulo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje permite compilar y organizar un marco histórico apoyado en investigaciones de documentos publicados por profesores en centros de investigación de contextos geopolíticos diferentes a nivel global que consolidan al ABP, como un método didáctico que utiliza el problema como centro de construcción de conocimientos útiles y significativos donde los estudiantes son los protagonistas principales porque desarrollan su inteligencia y sus habilidades de pensamiento crítico. Este es un estudio bibliométrico que utilizó variables como autores, instituciones que en tiempo y espacio vieron en el ABP su emancipación y evolución a partir enseñanza activa diferente a las técnicas tradicionales pasivas de aprendizaje en las aulas universitarias. Sus antecedentes se organizaron cronológicamente desde sus orígenes desde mediados del siglo XX y su emancipación en el siglo XXI desarrollando un pensamiento de grado superior dinámico, eficiente y efectivo. Los resultados confirmaron que su implementación provoca, motiva y reta a los estudiantes para que satisfagan sus necesidades cognitivas estudiando problemas cotidianos en un mundo globalizado, complejo y rico de nuevos conocimientos por aprender, a partir de realidades cambiantes
