The article covers such issues as the essence, main function, purpose of linguistic expertise-a new field that appears at the intersection point of jurisprudence and Linguistics. A new field for linguistic expertise, which is carried out on texts with different conforms, is based on the fact that linguistic expertise is appropriate.
