The article presents the results of nitric and sulfuric acid decomposition of unfortified phosphate rock. In order to determine the degree of decomposition of phosphate raw materials, depending on the concentration and rate of sulfuric acid, the calculated amount of phosphorite was treated with an acid with thorough stirring for 20 min. The resulting product, after cooling and after drying at a temperature of 105-110 °C, was subjected to chemical analysis.
