Recurrence of Exophthalmos after 10 Years from Orbital Floor Decompression for Dysthyroid Orbitopathy: A Case Report

Dysthyroid orbitopathy or Graves’ ophthalmopathy (GO) is an autoimmune disease with a complex pathogenesis that usually occur in patients with hyperthyroidism. Surgical decompression of the orbit is an accepted and validated treatment of thyroid eye disease (TED).
