We investigate the exclusive rare semileptonic decays Bc→Ds(∗)(ℓℓ,νν¯) induced by neutral current transition b→s(ℓℓ,νν¯) in the presence of nonuniversal Z′, scalar and vector leptoquark new physics models. We constrain the new physics parameter space by using the latest experimental measurements of RK(∗), P5′, B(Bs→φμ+μ-) and B(Bs→μ+μ-). Throughout the analysis, we choose to work with the particular new physics scenario C9μμ(NP)=-C10μμ(NP) where both Z′, S1/33, and U-2/33 leptoquarks satisfy the condition.
