We report an IO electric field sensor based on a particular cofiguration of Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The device, fabricated on a Lithium Niobate substrate, is totally dielectric, without any presence of metallic electrodes. The Mach-Zehnder was achieved through soft proton exchange and poling technologies. A modulation depth of 92% and an half wave voltage of 107.8 V were measured using a triangular voltage signal
