The purpose of this study is to examine experiences of the psychosocial work environment and conflict management, from both a managerial perspective and an employee perspective. To answer the purpose and the four issues, three different conflict management strategies, the concept ofpsychosocial safety climate and the theory of social ties have been used. With a qualitativeapproach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 6 respondents from different industries, four managers and two employees. The data material was analyzed using thematic analysis.
