This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of work stress, burnout and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Alkagra Seni Glass. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is 60 Alkagra Seni Glass employees. The approach used in this study is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention in PT Alkagra Seni Glass employees. burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention on PT Alkagra Seni Glass employees.
