Dobrostan psychiczny i jego rola w życiu człowieka

The purpose of this article is to characterize the concept of psychological well-being and the conditions of its implementation in the life of the individual. The components that constitute the concept of well-being will be analyzed, in contrast to the wider notion of welfare, as well as an ‘onion’ theory of happiness (by Janusz Czapińskiego) will be presented.Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka pojęcia dobrostanu psychicznego i warunków jego realizacji w życiu jednostki. Analizie poddane zostaną czynniki składowe konstytuujące kategorię dobrostanu psychicznego w odróżnieniu od np. szerszego pojęcia dobrobytu, jak również zaprezentowana zostanie cebulowa koncepcja szczęścia autorstwa Janusza Czapińśkiego
