This study aims to measure efficiency and performance of Turkish universities for their research, and communication through their websites. Turkey‟s higher education sector is growing with high momentum and to gain higher rankings globally, Turkish universities must conduct cutting-edge research and communicate it globally. Thus, efficiency and performance measurements in these regards are needed for this development. To reach this aim, indicators for research and website communication are used to apply data envelopment analysis for 50 universities in Turkey.
