The dendrimers, polymers with radial symmetry, are able to encapsulate the ions and behave as metal carriers resulting as excellent drugs movers. In this study we used glyco and polypropilen-imine dendrimers that are usually employed in the treatment and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases; phospho-dendrimeri with chemiotherapic functionality, and anti-cancer drugs that can activate TLR7 receptors which are involved in the innate and adaptive immune response.
