A register of the patrocinia in south Moravia

The study presents a critical register of the patrocinia of parochial, filial and monastic churches as well as of separate public chapels in six south Moravian districts (Blansko, Brno-město, Brno-venkov, Břeclav, Hodonín, Vyškov) since the reception of Christianity until the beginning of the Hussite Wars. Each church is dated (based on the written sources, architecture or archeological information) and each contains relevant evidence of patrocinium. In total, 214 churches have been noted with 257 patrocinia (some churches had multiple consecrations or the consecration changed in time)
