Stability of nine electrolyte solutions, prepared using the most commercially preferred salts and electrolytes, towards C/Li2MnSiO4 nanocomposite cathode material was investigated in this research. The cathode material was synthesized via a one step sol-gel method and coated with a specific amount (30 wt.%) of conductive carbon layer after the primary carbon is removed and the material is reduced. Properties of the C/Li2MnSiO4 nanocomposite were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
