Determinants of the effectiveness of tourist destimation management

This analysis covers the issue of effectiveness management of tourist destination both locally and globally. This paper explains the destination concept and attempts to synthesize several problems referring to specific design and operation of tourist destinations taking into account sustainable development. The study is going to demonstrate that the orientation of the future may bring visions of sustainable development of tourist destination with a focus on benefits for tourists and the local community. This study is analyzing tourist destination management strategy assuming hypothetically that for its efficiency and sustainability is necessary to focus multi-faceted planning, positioning and benchmarking of specific places.
