In this paper, the influence of electromagnetic emission response of the sample was research using the apparatus of multiple excitation of the sample by forming a random component dataset responses. It was shown that the standard deviations of random components, including electromagnetic emissions, are acceptable characteristic for assessing the deflected mode of solid dielectrics
