The main consent of library is an information center for which it bears its functions of education, recreation, and research. In this article, the author explains that to carry out its function the library works in managing and organizing all resources of information of any format. He also underlines the importance of making a network among libraries and other information centers to cooperate their resources for the purpose of providing a wider unbound access to the community.
