Problem of the study. Meniscus is one of the most injured structures in knee joint. Every year 6 of 1000 people of word popularity is diagnosed with meniscular tear. It is 4 times more common among men than in women. Closed kinetic chain (CKC) or open kinetic chain (OKC) exercises can be used for effective quadriceps and biceps femoral muscle strengthening, muscle tone correction, and muscle endurance training(Sullivan et al, 2018). CKC exercises are safer than OKC exercises and are therefore more often recommended for rehabilitation after meniscus rupture.
