The objective of this research was to determine the quality of care provided to users of the Amazonas Clinic who attend outpatient consultations, applying an instrument based on the SERVQUAL model but modified for private health entities by La Torre. Non-experimental descriptive design, with a sample of 100 users to whom a 35-question questionnaire was applied. The results indicate that 57% of the participants are female, with higher education (52%) and 69% have SIS insurance. The expectations that the user has about the service that he is going to use is high, but the perspectives that people have after the attention in external clinics is lower with respect to the expectations.
