A MODEL PROPOSAL FOR GREEN LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT VEHICLE ROUTING OPTIMIZATION

Günümüzde doğal kaynakların azalması, sera gazlarının küresel ısınmaya sebep olması iletüketicilerin çevre ve sağlık konusunda daha duyarlı hale gelmeleri, işletmeleri çevrecistratejiler ile sürdürülebilir olmaya zorlamıştır. Etkin ve sürdürülebilir işletmeler, ekonomikfaaliyetletlerini yüksek kar ve çevreye en az zarar ile gerçekleştirmek ile ayaktakalabileceklerdir. Bu amaçla, işletmelerin mal ve hizmet üetiminde çevreye karşı duyarlıekonomik faaliyetler gerçekleştirmek temeline dayanan yeşil lojistik kavramı büyük önemkazanmıştır. Lojistik faaliyetlerinin en temel maliyet kalemleri taşıma ve depolamafaaliyetleridir. Taşımacılık faaliyetleri, tüketilen fosil yakıtlar ve ortaya çıkan sera gazlarısebebiyle, yeşil lojistik stratejisinin en önemli hedefi olmaktadır. Dağıtım ağlarını optimizeederek kat edilen mesafenin ve dolayısıyla tüketilecek yakıtın olabilecek en düşük seviyeyedüşürülmesi, kıt olan doğal enerji kaynaklarının daha az tüketilmesi ve küresel ısınmasorununun temel sebebi olan karbon emisyonu miktarının düşürülmesini sağlayacaktır.Dağıtım ağının optimize edilmesi, araç rotalarının ve filolarının en iyi şekilde organize edilmesiile münkün olabilecektir. Bu çalışmada, dağıtım ağlarının optimize edilmesi için kullanılan araçrotama problemlerinin bir türü olan yeşil araç rotalama problemi için bir matematiksel model önerilmiştir. Burada amaç, yeşil lojistik yönetimi stratejisi ile çevreci hizmetler üretmeamacında olan işletmelere ve konu ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalara katkıda bulunmaktır.Today, the decline of natural resources has forced the greenhouse gases to cause global warming, making consumers more sensitive to the environment and health, and making the businesses sustainable through environmental strategies. Effective and sustainable enterprises will survive by carrying out their economic activities with the least profit and high profit. For this purpose, the concept of green logistics based on the economic activities sensitive to environment in the production of goods and services has gained importance. The most basic cost items of logistics activities are transportation and storage activities. Transportation activities are the most important goal of the green logistics strategy due to the consumed fossil fuels and the emerging greenhouse gases. Optimizing the distribution networks to reduce the distance covered and thus the consumption of fuel to the lowest possible level will result in less consumption of scarce natural energy resources and lower carbon emissions, the main cause of global warming. Optimizing the distribution network may be the best way to organize vehicle routes and fleets. In this study, a mathematical model for the green vehicle routing problem, which is a kind of vehicle routing problems used to optimize distribution networks, is proposed. The aim here is to contribute to the green logistics management strategy and to the enterprises that are aiming to produce environmental services and to the researches related to the subject
