KENDİ KENDİNE ÇALIŞABİLEN, ESNEK, SİLİKON KARBÜR NANOTEL TABANLI ULTRAVİYOLE IŞIN ALGILAMA CİHAZLARI Bu çalışmada, yeni nesil kendi kendine çalışan optoelektronik uygulamalar için hayati bir yapı taşı olabilecek silisyum karbür (SiC) nanotel tabanlı ultraviyole ışığa duyarlı cihazlar başarıyla üretilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, önce kimyasal buhar biriktirme (CVD) tekniği ile SiC nanotellerini (SiCNW) sentezledik ve karakterize ettik, ardından litografi içermeyen bir yöntemle esnek bir substrat üzerinde kendi kendine çalışan bir silikon karbür tek nanotel ultraviyole fotodetektörü (SiCNW-UVPD) ürettik.
