The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidant, radical-scavenging, and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory capabilities of water and methanol extracts of Rhus coriariaL., Ocimum basilicumL., Rosmarinus officinalisL., Salvia officinalisL. and Thymbra spicataL., which are grown in the Hatay province of Turkey.
