The research is aimed at developing an integrated methodology based on digital tools to support professionals working on existing buildings using BIM – Building Information Modeling methodologies, combining digitization (As-Built) with the growing need for refurbishment in an integrated supply chain perspective. The focus is the XX century heritage in Emilia-Romagna, to respond to a need for widespread redevelopment of existing assets, fostering innovation in the use of advanced digital tools and innovative materials for the redevelopment process.
