Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and predictability of cataract extraction with toric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation following deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) or mushroom penetrating keratoplasty (PK). Setting: “Villa Igea” Hospital, Forlì, Italy. Design: Prospective case series.
