This thesis aims to study in a developmental perspective both forms of suggestibility: the Immediate Misinformation Acceptance (i.e.,immediate suggestibility) and the Misinformation Effect (i.e., false memories). Thus, a preliminary study was conducted to elaborate, particularly on the basis of the misinformation paradigm originally developed by Loftus, Miller and Burns (1978) a tool that combines the measurement of IMA and ME in children. In addition, the format of the suggestions and the centrality of the suggested items were taken into account.
