International audienceThis work deals with the hysteretic shear behaviour modelling of woven carbon fibre reinforcedcomposite laminates by means of fractional operators. The model includes both in-ply damageand irreversible strains. In-ply failure behaviour and damage is described by means of contin-uum damage mechanics and irreversible strain evolution equations are derived to finally obtainmaterial parameters from experimental data. Hysteretic behaviour observed under in-planeshear loading-unloading cycles are modelled with the use of a fractional derivative model.
