Asuhan Keperawatan pada Keluarga Tn.S dengan Masalah Stroke di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mulyorejo

Background: Stroke is a disease that occurs due to disruption of blood supply to the brain caused by rupture or blockage of blood vessels. Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018 about 70% of strokes and 87% of deaths. This study aims to analyze nursing care for families with stroke problems in the working area of the Mulyorejo Health Center. Method: The final scientific paper design for nurses uses a case study approach. In this case study, researchers provide comprehensive nursing care to families with stroke problems for 4 days including: assessment, diagnosis, nursing by referring to the IDHS, preparing intervention plans using SIKI, performing nursing actions, and evaluating patients. Results: The authors identified 3 nursing problems, namely: non-compliance, health behaviors tend to be at risk, and readiness to increase family coping. The nursing interventions carried out included support for treatment program compliance, health education behavior, and family coping support. Discussion: Things that must be considered when carrying out nursing care for families with stroke problems are related to medication compliance and behavior that must be in accordance with the recommendations, it is not enough for this, the recommendation needed for families is to increase family coping for continuous self-care
