ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN. X DENGAN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE ON HAEMODYALISIS (Studi Kasus di Ruang Seruni RSUD Karsa Husada Batu)

Background: CKD is a structural or functional abnormality that occurs for more than 3 months and has implications for health and is classified based on the cause, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and albuminuria. In Indonesia, the prevalence of CKD shows the prevalence of non-communicable diseases has increased. Therefore, this Final Scientific Paper for Nurses (KIA-N) is to identify pediatric nursing care for Mr. X with a diagnosis of chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis. Method : KIA-N uses a case study research design to explore the problem of nursing care for Mr. X. This case study is a series of pediatric nursing processes from assessment, analyzing data, preparing nursing interventions, implementation and evaluation. Collecting data obtained from anamnesis, physical examination and observation. Results : The results of the study obtained 3 nursing diagnoses, namely, impaired gas exchange, hypervolemia and risk of infection. Then given oxygen therapy intervention, management of hypervolemia, prevention of infection. Education about signs and symptoms of infection. Discussion : Nursing problems of gas exchange disorders, hypervolemia and risk of infection in Mr. X with CKD. It has been done by providing education with a direct learning syste
