The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price discounts and service quality on customer satisfaction for Grab-Bike transportation in Blitar City. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60-100 respondents of Grab-Bake transportation customers in Blitar City, but researchers only got 72 respondents who answered the questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS Version 25 program. The results show: 1) Discounts have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction for Grab Bike transportation in Blitar City. An increase in discounted prices will result in significantly increased customer satisfaction. The higher the discount, the better the ...
