Isolation and identification of local lactic acid bacillus (LAB) have been done to find total mixed ration (TMR) silage’s inoculant. Isolated was hold in anaerobic chamber used selective media deMan Rrogosa Sharp Agar (MRSA). Identification was done by purificatiob colony in sub-culturing petry disc. Colony forming, shape cell, and Gram staining were observed under microscop to get qualitative parameters of identification. pH value, lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and butiric acid content were determined as quantitative parameter after 30 days incubation of silages.
