The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and organizational climate on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is all staff employees at PT. S2DIO Industries, totaling 63 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) v.3.3.
