FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PREFERENSI PETANI MELAKUKAN PINJAMAN DI KOPERASI SAHABAT

The agricultural system in Indonesia from time to time has improved. However, agriculture in Indonesia still has several obstacles, one of which is limited capital. Capital in agriculture is an important production factor that must be owned by farmers. The limited capital experienced by farmers makes farmers have to make loans to meet the needs of their farming business. One of the institutions that is able to provide capital loans and is easily accessible to farmers in Selorejo Village is cooperatives. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers' preferences for loans in cooperatives and to find out which factors are dominant in influencing farmers' preferences for loans in cooperatives in Selorejo Village, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency. The selection of research respondents was chosen by simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) based on the Slovin formula, obtained 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which is an equation model of component or variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) which aims to see if there is a relationship between constructs. or not. There is a positive and insignificant relationship between the variables of income, interest rates and guarantees on farmers' preferences in making loans in cooperatives, while the credit procedure factor has a positive and significant relationship with farmers' preferences in making loans in cooperatives. The dominant variable is the credit procedure variable with a t-statistic value of 2.142, which means that the credit procedure variable greatly influences farmers' interest in making loans in cooperatives
