ANALISIS SEKTOR EKONOMI UNGGULAN DALAM MENYERAP TENAGA KERJA DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2015-2018

The leading economic sector/base and employment in a region is a sector whose production is higher than the ability of the same sector in other regions, so that it becomes the superior/basic product and service of the economic sector in addition to being able to meet its own needs, the rest can be sold outside the region so that area to receive income. This study aims to determine which sectors are the leading sectors in Bojonegoro Regency and which leading sectors absorb the largest workforce in Bojonegoro Regency. The scope of this research is the leading sector and labor. Data analysis used the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis method and labor elasticity. Then a general conclusion can be drawn and can be accounted for. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the 2015-2018 Location Qoutient (LQ) analysis in terms of the role of the economic sector in Bojonegoro Regency, there are 8 leading/basic sectors (LQ > 1), including: Mining and Quarrying Sector, Manufacturing Sector, Electricity Sector , Gas and Water Supply, Building Sector, Trade Sector, Hotel and Restaurant, Transportation and Telecommunication Sector, Financial Sector, Rental and Enterprise Services, and Services Sector. While the results of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis in terms of the proportion of the main business fields, employment in Central Lombok Regency which gives a higher role (LQ < 1) is the Agricultural Sector. Meanwhile, Labor Elasticity in 2015 had an average of 0.35%, in 2016 it decreased by an average of 0.31%, in 2017 it experienced an average decrease of 0.28% and in 2018 an average increase of an average of 0.63%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the leading sector can support labor integration in Bojoegoro Regency
